Our Staff

Our staff receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education, First Aid, and CPR. We are members of NAEYC and have been awarded Step 1 on the Granite Steps for Quality Pyramid Model Pathway.
Our vision is to build a program that enriches the lives of children by offering opportunities for exploration, adventure, discovery, and imagination filled with care, warmth, and love.  Educators value each child in their differences, temperament, interests, and learning styles.

Allison Woodilla, Lead Teacher

Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a teacher. As a child, I would always play teacher, pretending to grade papers and teach lessons to my stuffed animals. As I got older, I realized my passion was in Early Childhood Education.

I have been teaching for 9 years now. I graduated from the Seacoast School of Technology’s ECE program and worked as an assistant teacher at a childcare center. I am currently Lead Teacher qualified with an Early Childhood Level 4 certification, and First Aid and CPR certified.

In my spare time I love spending time with my friends and family, going on adventures and doing anything outdoors.

Dear Laura,

There really aren’t words to adequately express how grateful we are for the 7 1/2 years of awesome care you’ve provided for our children. It feels impossible that we’ve already arrived at the end of our Stay & Play days…it feels like yesterday we were picking up Henry at the Atkinson St. S&P on our way home from the hospital with baby Amelia. Thank you for the care, concern, dedication, creativity, flexibility, and guidance you’ve given as our kids have changed from toddlers, to preschoolers, to little kids. We wish you every future success and look forward to lots of visits in the year ahead. Please know you can always count on us for wonderful recommendations as you continue to develop Stay & Play into the school of your dreams.
With love and gratitude,
Leah & Jared
