Our Staff

Our staff receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education, First Aid, and CPR. We also are members of NAEYC. We offer the convenience of full time early education and child care, and part time preschool. Few parents have access to a community network that offers quality childcare; Stay & Play offers these resources for the entire family.

Crystal Lauer- Lead Teacher

My favorite part about teaching children is seeing the ah ha moments.  Getting to witness how children learn best is amazing. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education from Plymouth State University. I have worked in many different early education settings. I have been a nanny, lead teacher, float, and a one on one.

When I am not with my preschool class I like to cook and hangout with my family.  I also like to go on play dates with former students.
